PK GROUP BOOTCAMP

1HR GROUP SESSIONS

If you want to enjoy yourself whilst pushing your body to it's limit then PK Bootcamp is for you.  A circuit based session interspersed with innovative cardio blasts to make sure you achieve maximum calorie burn and see incredible results.

All abilities welcome - exercises will be tailored to individual needs to make sure everyone gets the most out of the session.

​

Please allow an hour and a half to incorporate warm up, cool down and instruction as the circuit will change each week.

​

WEEKLY SESSIONS MONDAY 18:30 & WEDNESDAY 18:30

Bootcamps take place in rain or shine.  Sessions will only be cancelled if the weather is dangerous.
