WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Old gym kit/sports clothes is best as things can get a bit dirty!  A good pair of outdoor trainers will also make your life easier.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY KIT?

No, all the equipment is provided.  Please make sure you bring plenty of water, especially on hot days.

WHAT IF I CAN'T DO IT?

Don't worry!  all exercises can be tailored to your needs and if you're struggling or not comfortable Phil will give you alternatives.  At any point you can take a break.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is a small car park on site and there is on road parking around the venue as well.
